Why families choose our cashless desk

Medical emergencies involving a newborn or child rarely come with time to arrange funds. Our billing desk verifies your Ayushman Bharat eligibility, files pre-authorisation, and coordinates directly with the scheme from admission to discharge, so approvals don’t delay treatment.

If your family holds a valid Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) card, our team will confirm coverage before you’re asked to pay anything out of pocket.

Coverage and cashless approval depend on your card eligibility, the empanelled package list and the treatment required. Our billing desk will confirm your exact eligibility at the time of admission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is cashless treatment available for emergency NICU admissions?

Yes. For eligible Ayushman Bharat cardholders, our billing desk begins eligibility verification as soon as the child is admitted, so emergency neonatal care isn't held up by paperwork.

Does Ayushman Bharat cover newborn and pediatric treatment here?

Eligible PM-JAY beneficiaries can access covered treatments cashlessly, subject to the scheme's package list and approval.

How do I know if my family is eligible?

Bring your Ayushman Bharat card, or your name/family ID as listed under the scheme, and our desk will check your eligibility on the spot.

Will I have to pay anything upfront?

For treatment covered under your Ayushman Bharat package, eligible charges are settled directly with the scheme. Any non-covered items will be shared with you in advance.

Who do I contact for help with my claim?

Our on-site billing desk is available daily to guide you through document submission and approval status.

Can I use my Ayushman Card at a private hospital?

Yes. Eligible Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) beneficiaries may receive cashless treatment for covered services at empanelled private hospitals as well as government hospitals, subject to applicable scheme rules, treatment packages and hospital empanelment.

Will I have to pay anything for covered Ayushman treatment?

For treatment and services included in the approved Ayushman package, beneficiaries should not be asked to pay separately. If someone asks for payment, patients should ask what the payment is for and whether the service is included in their approved package.
